Biography
Elshaday is a board-certified Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about health promotion and disease prevention. She manages both acute and chronic conditions, and loves encouraging patients to live an active healthy lifestyle. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Howard University where she graduated with Cum Laude honors and a Master of Science in Nursing from the George Washington University. Elshaday joins the team at Rockville Internal Medicine with years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in various settings including primary care and outpatient cardiology. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
