All providers are available virtually, while working in the office on a rotating basis. In-office appointments are available for pre-operative visits, certain procedures, labs, and unrelated COVID visits that require in-person evaluation. Please come alone and wear a mask. Please complete the COVID In-Office Screening Form on THURSDAYS one week prior to your scheduled appointment.

At this time, we do not have the COVID vaccine and we are not keeping a waiting list. If you have the opportunity to receive the vaccine elsewhere, please do so. Stay informed by visiting the Montgomery County COVID-19 Information Portal for vaccination updates.
COVID-19 Testing and Treatment: (click to learn more)
If you are currently ill with COVID, have COVID symptoms or need COVID testing, please schedule a virtual visit ASAP. We can discuss your eligibility for treatments such as Monoclonal Antibodies and arrange testing in house with a same day COVID PCR test.
Our physical walk-in clinic remains closed due to COVID precautions, but we offer VIRTUAL on-demand care! This is for patients 18 and older to address any acute issues; no scheduling required! The office will be closed on the following days: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
On December 24 and December 31:
Please note there is an extended service code that will be reported to your insurance company for appointments before 8:00 am and after 6:00 pm. In addition, a holiday service will be reported to your insurance company for appointments that fall on Martin Luther King Day, Columbus Day and Veterans Day.
