1. Tell Me About Your Childhood

Date: Monday, June 1

Time: Noon – 1:00PM

Description: Even small childhood traumas can have big health outcomes in adults. Recent research into Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) such as divorce, living with a parent with mental health problems or substance abuse issues, and neglect affect health outcomes in a dose dependent response. This is a fascinating and underappreciated correlation that medical professionals work daily with patients to mitigate. This discussion will be an overview of this topic.

Presented By: Eleanor Tanno, M.D. – Family Medicine
