We hope this message finds you well and healthy. Please note effective 04/06/20, our modified office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00-4:00pm.
Our LAB remains open BY APPOINTMENT ONLY to maintain social distancing guidelines.
*If you are coming into our office, please come alone and wear a mask.
We have testing available for COVID-19. If you are concerned for possible COVID-19, please schedule a virtual visit ASAP so we can assess if testing is warranted.
We are continuing to converting in-office visits into virtual visits until further notice. If you have any questions or concerns about upcoming visits, please call our office or send us a portal message. Your provider is in the best position to determine whether an in-person doctor’s office visit is essential at this time.

Virtual visits are appropriate for a variety of care needs, including urgent or acute issues, routine follow-up visits, chronic care disease management, medication management, reviewing test or lab results, and lifestyle coaching. Virtual visits are also appropriate for Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and Routine Physical Examinations (with insurance providers Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and United only- Cigna and Aetna are NOT covered). During your virtual physical we review lab results, ensure you are up to date on screening procedures, review family history, discuss healthy lifestyle and any symptoms or concerns you may be having. If deemed necessary for an in person evaluation after a virtual physical, we will do so.
All RIMG providers and specialists have the ability to see you virtually!
If it is deemed necessary to come into our office, we ask that you come alone, bring your own pen and wear a mask if possible. You will also be required to complete this COVID-19 screening questionnaire to determine your risk for exposure to COVID-19. Please complete it by Thursday, the week PRIOR to your appointment.
If your questionnaire responses indicate that you either may have COVID-19 or may have been exposed to it, a staff member will call you to arrange for COVID-19 testing prior to your appointment.
We regard it our duty and privilege to be available when you need us, especially in a situation like this. We are here for you!
For a virtual visit, you will need to download the myPrivia App on your mobile device OR if using a desktop, you will need Google Chrome, speakers, a camera, a microphone and a strong connection speed.
- Once you call our office to schedule a virtual visit you will receive an email with a link to “Start my Virtual Visit.”
- If applicable, you will add your insurance information and submit payment.
